DSK praises central banks

The European Central Bank (ECB) and the US Federal Reserve received plaudits from Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, on Monday 17 March.

"The central banks, the Fed, the ECB and others, have very well managed the question of the lack of liquidity," Strauss-Kahn told reporters in Paris. "So there's no reason to believe they won't be able to deal with the liquidity question in the coming weeks."
