
Uganada’s Tumusiime-Mutebile on reforming debt markets

Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile, the governor of Bank of Uganda, on Wednesday said attempts to strengthen the participation of broker dealers in securities markets would help promote greater depth to secondary debt markets.
