RBA announces representative in China

The Reserve Bank of Australia announced on Friday it is establishing a representative office in China. The office, which will be located in the Australian Embassy in Beijing, will begin operations in mid-October.

The office will assist in the central bank's ongoing monitoring of economic and financial conditions in China. It will also help build relationships with various government agencies and private entities in the country, which are crucial for smooth business operations in China.
