King: G20 should head IMF

Mervyn King, governor of the Bank of England on Tuesday issued a rallying cry for the "unwieldy" International Monetary Fund (IMF) to be given greater legitimacy and authority in the fight against global imbalances, which have come to the fore in the aftermath of the financial crisis.
