Pakistan c.bank allows all banks to deal in forex
"The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has authorised all bank branches throughout the country to purchase/encash foreign currency notes...,travellers cheques and demand drafts from general public," a bank statement said.
Previously only selected branches of some state-owned banks were allowed to purchase foreign currency from the public.
