Duma support foreign audit of Russian central bank

RUSSIA - The Duma Banking Committee has approved provisions, "On the organisation of audits of the annual financial statement of the Central Bank."

Duma deputies spoke against the clause, according to which audits of the Central Bank, "can be organised only by auditing organisations, in the authorised capital of which there is no share belonging to foreign private individuals or legal entities and which have access to information which constitutes a state secret." If this clause is retained
