Intranet and events are main strategy comms tools

Central banks widely use dedicated web page for external communications

Most central banks communicate strategic plans internally using the intranet and events, the Strategic Planning Benchmarks 2026 find. 

Nearly three-quarters of respondents highlighted intranet (72.1%) and events (70.5%) as internal communication channels for strategic plans. Events were the most common means of communicating reported in the 2025 benchmark. 

A further breakdown of the dataset shows that internal communications tools vary by size of central bank. For this analysis, Central Banking
