Central banks rate strategic plan visibility and authority highest

Resourcing tends to be somewhat more challenging across jurisdictions

Strategic planning function of central banks is more likely to be given sufficient authority and necessary visibility toward goals realisation, the Strategic Planning Benchmarks 2025 finds.

Using a scale from 1 (lowest) to 5 (strongest), respondents assessed their strategic planning functions in the areas of visibility, authority and resourcing.
