Over a third of communication teams adopted new platforms in the past year
Most central bank communications teams use LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube social media platforms, the Communications Benchmarks 2025 find.
Over four-fifths of respondents indicated use of LinkedIn (89.7%), Facebook (87.2%) and YouTube (84.6%) in an official capacity.
