Private sector tools often used to shape comms strategies

Private sector tools are an important resource for many central banks to monitor how their messaging is working. 

Central Banking asked 33 participants in the Communications 2022 Benchmarks what tools they use to design and assess their strategies.  

Most (61%) of central banks said they use communications monitoring and analytical tools provided by the private sector.
