Comms team salaries similar across high and middle income countries

Employees earn on average around $33,000, according to data from 15 central banks

Average salaries are similar for members of the communications team at central banks in high and middle income countries.

Fifteen central banks in high and middle income countries, as classified by the World Bank, provided data on the average annual salaries of members of their communications teams. The minimum was $10,200 in an upper-middle income country in Asia, and the maximum was $65,375 in a high income central bank in the Americas. 

Only one central bank from a low income country
