CBN governor calls on EBRD to act locally in Nigeria

Cardoso points to alignment of interests between private sector and country’s subnational authorities

The governor of Nigeria’s central bank has urged the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to explore investment partnerships with the country’s sub-national governments.
