Hildebrand joins Oxford University

Former Swiss central bank chief, Phillip Hildebrand, is to join Oxford University as a visiting fellow.

The former governor stood down from his role with the Swiss National Bank in January after a scandal over foreign exchange trades conducted by his wife. He is now set to become senior visiting fellow at Oxford's Blavatnik School Of Government.

A spokesperson for the University confirmed Hildebrand will join the school with immediate effect, and that as the role is largely advisory, rather than
