Hungary is to receive a “financial shield” from the US, the country’s prime minister has said.

Following his visit to Washington DC last week, Viktor Orbán said on Facebook on November 9 that the countries would “establish new forms of American and Hungarian financial co-operation, which we have agreed upon, and negotiations are ongoing and will continue”.
