A new model for long-run risks

A paper from the Kansas City Federal Reserve devises a model long-run risks model where inflation risks and volatilities are in line with survey data.

The model is extended with time-varying volatilities for consumption growth and inflation. This enhances the model's ability to extract information about long-run risks from term-structure data.
