Turkish central bank in broad social media push
Bank joins four social network platforms to raise financial awareness
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) turned to several social media platforms this week, including Twitter and Facebook, in a bid to "facilitate financial education" among the general public.
The central bank also set up a Youtube channel for "information purposes" and a Flickr page, where it will share photos and other "visual elements" that can be used without the CBRT's authorisation.
