ECB announces baseline T2S price of €0.15

The European Central Bank-based Target2-Securities (T2S) Programme Board said Monday that it will propose a fee of 15 euro cents ($0.21) per transaction to the central bank's Governing Council, the owner of T2S, early next year.

The eight-member T2S Programme Board, which is made up of representatives of the Eurosystem, non-eurozone central banks and private-sector experts, said it will further propose that the price be fixed until 2018 and that it should not increase by more than 10% a year for
