Margaret Cole joins UK FSA Board

Margaret Cole, a director in enforcement and financial crime at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), has been promoted to the FSA board, the HM Treasury said Tuesday.

Cole was also promoted from director to managing director of enforcement and financial crime at the FSA. She will join two other managing directors, the chief executive, and the chairman as an executive member on the 15-strong board. While the FSA rather than the Treasury is responsible for recruiting its own executive staff
