Richmond Fed details presidential promotions

The Richmond Federal Reserve on Friday announced plans to promote four of the central bank's staff.

Roland Costa will become the senior vice president and chief technology officer in the currency technology office. He has worked at the Richmond Fed for 25 years and the currency technology office for the past 12.

The central bank will make Mary Johnson a vice president with responsibility for the operations and staff development division of the supervision, regulation and credit department. Johns
