Ecofin's Rato sees deal on ECB's Noyer in Oviedo

SPAIN - Spanish Economy Minister Rodrigo Rato said on Friday he expected European finance ministers to agree next week on a replacement for the vice president of the European Central Bank, Christian Noyer.

"I think that next week in (the meeting of European finance ministers) in Oviedo there will be a (common) position from economy ministers to propose a candidate to European governments for the substitution of Mr. Noyer," Rato told reporters.
