Iran judiciary says has no plans to try ministers

IRAN - Iran's judiciary denied on Sunday persistent media reports it planned to summon Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh and Central Bank Governor Mohsen Nourbakhsh to court to face corruption charges.

Both men deny that they have been summoned so far.

Over the last week most Iranian newspapers have said the two were to become renewed targets of a judicial anti-corruption drive inspired by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
