
Fed issues new $5 bill
The first of the Federal Reserve's redesigned $5 bills was used to buy a collection of former President Abraham Lincoln's speeches.
Michael Lambert, an assistant director at the Fed's Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems, spent the first bill, which has several state-of-the-art security features.
