Egypt's Shura Council gives approval to bank law

The draft law of the central bank of Egypt on the banking sector and foreign currency has been approved by the Shura Council.

The Shura Council Wednesday [23 April] gave its final approval of the draft law of the Central Bank of Egypt, the banking sector and foreign currency.

The approval was given after reviewing a report drawn up by the Shura Council Financial and Economic Affairs Committee and the Constitutional and Legislative Committee.
