Swedish trade minister on ECB vote proposals

Sweden can forget about influence in the ECB, according to trade minister Leif Pagrotsky.
"The proposal for new voting rules in the European Central Bank will mean that Sweden would not be a full member of the EMU even if the country decides to join," says Leif
