Polish premier - Abolish Monetary Policy Council

Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller said on Monday March 10 in a radio interview that the central bank's RPP interest rate setting committee should be abolished. His comments come after sustained criticism of the National Bank of Poland by the government for a too restrictive monetary policy.
