New deputy governors for Bank Indonesia

Jakarta's local business newspaper, Bisnis Indonesia, has reported the appointment of two new deputy governors for Bank Indonesia, the country's central bank.

Budi Mulya and Ardhayadi Mintroatmodjo have been chosen by the commission of the lower house of the Indonesian Parliament that oversees the banking industry, the newspaper said.

Mulya, who is currently the central bank's director for strategic planning, will replace Aslim Tadjuddin as deputy governor for monetary and foreign exchange man
