ECB Duisenberg says europe needs structural reform
In an interview with Spanish daily newspaper El Mundo Sunday, Duisenberg said: "We must understand that that if we want the European economy to be more dynamic and offer higher levels of social well-being, we must put into practice effective structural reform."
