Snow urges China move to flexible yuan

US Treasury Secretary John Snow said in an interview on Thursday 9 June that he is urging China to move to a more flexible yuan and would like to see more flexible exchange rates across Asia.

In an interview with Bloomberg Television Snow said: "For their own sake and for the sake of the global economy we are urging them (China) to move to greater flexibility."

"We have indicated that we would like to see the whole (Asian) region move to greater flexibility in exchange rates. That's the G7
