Norbloc CEO says solution will be akin to private blockchain
The Central Bank of the UAE’s new electronic know-your-customer (e-KYC) platform will use technology akin to that underpinning private blockchains, the CEO of the company partnering the institution on the initiative has said.
On April 15 the central bank announced it was launching the platform in partnership with technology company Norbloc. The initiative falls under the central bank’s Financial Infrastructure Transformation programme, which aims to accelerate digital transformation in the UAE’s
