Private sector opportunity is most widely reported issue for fintech staffing
Central banks that face challenges recruiting and retaining talent tend to have higher average staff numbers, the Fintech Benchmarks 2026 find.
Slightly under two-thirds (65.6%) of respondents reported issues with recruitment or retention of fintech talent.
