NY Fed says ‘no evidence’ systems breached
Spokeswoman says there is “no evidence” of attempts to penetrate Federal Reserve systems
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York says there is “no evidence” its systems have been breached, following reports funds were stolen from a central bank account.
“To date, there is no evidence of any attempt to penetrate Federal Reserve systems in connection with the payments in question, and there is no evidence that any Fed systems were compromised,” a spokeswoman said.
