Current and former PBoC heads disagree on stablecoin hype

Former People’s Bank of China governor Zhou Xiaochuan has warned about a multitude of dangers related to stablecoins, in contrast to current governor Pan Gongsheng, who has emphasised their potential to revolutionise international finance.
