Singapore’s Shanmugaratnam highlights growth opportunities in Asian insurance markets

A view of Singapore at night

Tharman Shanmugaratnam, the chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, on Monday said further investment in research and talent was needed to develop Asia's insurance markets.

At the official naming ceremony of Axa Tower, in Singapore, Shanmugaratnam said: "It is critical that we invest in research needed to develop effective risk solutions.
