Reserve managers in Americas aim to be ‘more daring’

Central Banking Autumn Meetings: managers look to diversify assets, jurisdictions, currencies and counterparties

Reserve managers from several jurisdictions across the Americas are looking to be “more daring” with their asset allocations to harness the benefits of diversification.

The managers were taking part in a panel discussion – held at the Central Banking Autumn Meetings in Rio de Janeiro on November 19 – in which they spoke of how reserves management was being reshaped by geopolitical and geoeconomic shifts.
