You secured a third term as governor last year. What do you view as your main successes and failures during your first two terms? And what do you want to achieve during your final term?

The three terms are all turning out to be quite different. The first one – and I was a deputy governor before taking over, so it was a continuation – was about dealing with the outcome of the great financial crisis and the eurozone debt crisis. That was a time of subdued growth and recovery due to the spillover
