Indonesia’s president Joko Widodo has nominated central bank governor Perry Warjiyo for another five-year term.

The president has submitted Warjiyo’s name to parliament as his sole candidate for the post, according to Said Abdullah, who heads the budget committee in parliament. The president can send at most three names to parliament.

Legislators will deliberate on the nomination when they return from recess on March 13. By law, parliament has one month to consider the nomination and could
