Riksbank to transfer Skr3.8 billion to Treasury

Profits have varied widely in recent years

Sveriges Riksbank has submitted a proposal to the Swedish parliament to transfer Skr3.8 billion ($411 million) of its profits to the Treasury, the central bank said today (February 18).

The plan put forward by the Riksbank’s general council follows the guidelines introduced in 1988 to allocate profits.
