Working paper shows frontier markets are affected by capital flows in a similar way to emerging markets

'Frontier markets' (FMs) have become "more similar" to emerging markets (EMs), and are therefore more "vulnerable" to swings in global financial market conditions, according to a working paper published by the International Monetary Fund.
