Albania governor calls for Balkan payments system in annual conference speech
The Bank of Albania has released the papers from its 10th International Conference held in Tirana on October 26, 2013, including contributions from a number of East European central bank governors on their reactions to the financial crisis, alongside a lookback at monetary policy through Albania's history.
Governor Ardan Fullani opened the conference, organised in the framework of activities for the 100th anniversary of Albania's Declaration of Independence and the 20th anniversary of the Bank
