BoJ’s Shirakawa says ‘rebuilding demand’ will foster growth
Masaaki Shirakawa, the governor of the Bank of Japan, said on Monday that although production was recovering due to the easing in supply-side constraints, Japan's economy was dependent on demand-side developments for growth in the near term.
