Zambia’s Fundanga on banking sector

Moving the Registrar of Banks and Financial Institutions, the Zambian bank licensing authority, from the country's finance ministry to the central bank was a key development in the history of the Southern African country's financial sector, Caleb Fundanga, the governor of the Bank of Zambia, said on Thursday.
