Canada's Dodge on investing in productivity

In the speech 'Investing in productivity' given on 28 November David Dodge of the Bank of Canada said Canada must reduce its public infrastructure deficit or risk harming productivity and prosperity.

"And there is growing concern that this (infrastructure) deficit could harm Canada's productivity growth and standard of living, unless we take steps to correct it," Dodge said in the prepared text of the speech to the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
