Malaysia's Zeti: financial inclusion still a goal
We must not lose sight of our financial-inclusion agenda, Zeti Akhtar Aziz, the governor of Bank Negara Malaysia, has warned.
Zeti said that financial inclusion was vital for creating balanced sustainable economic growth. She said that it allowed all members of society to benefit from economic progress and shared prosperity.
The governor made the comments on 6 May.
