Southern and Western US districts to thrive
Southern and Western Federal Reserve districts will show the strongest growth in the post-crisis expansion, new research from the Kansas City Fed posits.
The research finds that these districts will exhibit strongest growth due to the migration to these regions. The research also finds that the North-East, Mid-Atlantic and Mountain West regions have the most-favourable long-term growth prospects given the sizable concentration of industries with high-skilled workers.
