Geithner’s scorecard for the resolution plan

Timothy Geithner, the US Treasury secretary, outlined five indicators used to evaluate Congressman Barney Frank's plan for resolving failed financial institutions in written testimony to Congress' House Financial Services Committee (HFSC).
