ECB Monthly Bulletin: March 09
The outlook for euro-area demand remains gloomy, says the latest Monthly Bulletin from the European Central Bank.
The report says that global economic prospects remain subject to exceptionally high levels of uncertainty but that the overall balance of risks now appears to be more balanced. The report notes that there may be stronger-than-anticipated positive effects stemming from the extensive macroeconomic stimulus and other policy measures taken.
