Bank of Lebanon - Annual Report 2005/06

Lebanon's balance of payments recorded a positive result for the fourth consecutive year in 2005.

The surplus reached $747 million, up from $169 million in 2004. The rise was mainly due to a rise in net foreign assets of $478 million.
