Czech National Bank - Annual Report 2004

According to the Czech National Bank's Annual Report 2004, the period covered by this Annual Report saw significant changes for the Czech Republic and the Czech National Bank.

"In May 2004, the Czech Republic became a Member State of the European Union and the Czech National Bank joined the European System of Central Banks. This marked the culmination of a whole phase of efforts for integration into European structures. In my opinion, we coped successfully with the new conditions."
