A court in Slovenia has rejected a lawsuit brought by the European Central Bank (ECB) against the country's police and prosecutors concerning a raid on the Bank of Slovenia, local media reported today (January 11).

The district court in the capital of Ljubljana ruled that police and prosecutors did not act unlawfully when they seized computers containing ECB data in a raid on the Bank of Slovenia on July 7. ECB president Mario Draghi made a strong public protest at the time. The raid was carried
