Bank of Italy sets up joint cyber security organisation
Italy's central bank has set up a cyber security response team, in collaboration with the Italian banking association (ABI), it said in an announcement translated into English on December 28.
The Bank of Italy signed an agreement with the ABI and the association's financial technology research arm, ABI Lab, to create a "computer emergency response team" for Italy's finance sector. Deputy governor Salvatore Rossi signed on behalf of the central bank, along with ABI director general Giovanni
